Just one correction to your post, if the debt facility you talk about is undrawn (which I believe it currently is) then there is no need to repay it. It's simply like an overdraft facility.
Management have siad they are debt free, but it is important they have a facility in place to let them draw on further short term funds when and if required.
Your point on the sales pipeline is valid. If they have been budgeting sales based on new contracts then I think they are kidding themselves. Someone should remind these guys the difference between a BUDGET and a FORECAST. This is management 101 - it seems even this is too much to comprehend for our fearless leaders!!!
