    Hi Oorain,

    A big tick from me. The first step of the restructures should be reducing the remuneration of the directors. Why don't these bloody directors take up shares instead of cash pay? This will save the company couple of hundreds of thousands $ and it also shows how committed and faithfuly they are to INT.
