as a shareholder, i suggest you contact the company and see if what you think is happening is the reality
as for the others, well they are not, so they will just keep guessing and bagging this company
i have spoken to the directors at the agm, i have eye-balled them and i have emailed them - i just don't get the same picture and i am happy there
