I actually think Rob maybe planning to eventually turn Victoria into a giant bong.
BTW, I never travel in Victoria without a Lakes Oil exploration map - for safety reasons. Everytime I hit a pothole, I nearly sH!t myself thinking I've must be in one of their tenements...
