Thanks for your update.
216m is huge and whilst predrill may have expected 220m of sand , you never know until the drill bit does it's thing. AED needed something - given recent history of Puffin I wouldn't be buying - thin sands and I don't think that the geology of that area is straight forward.
I reckon that 7t's is very conservative ( was a p50 prior to the drill anyway - was p10 somwhere north of 12 ?)
Do you think we will only get 2 holes done in this campaign ? Looks like this well will use more time & Kontiki 1 now looks a much better chance ( always was good given buffoon 1 , but with a hit at P1 has to be as low risk you can get get in the oil patch !). if kontiki comes in as well - they may run out of their 225 days .
