Unfortunate to see this delay, hopefully they must have got the fish out & carried on with the WL logging as planned.
They stated in the last update, that they were recording in-situ reservoir pressure & collecting gas samples frm these sands, this detour tends to slow overall operations, but its all worthwhile.
The JV would need to double chk all the the key variables, b4 calculating the estimates & releasing it to the mkt, considering the commercial sensitivity of the end result.
Going by their regualar posts, it could b tomorrow or Monday morning if all goes well.
The gas ain't going anywhere, its there & it's locked in safely within that 216m+ of Sand.
There are operators out there happily discovering 6-7m of payzones (eg AED this morning). 216m+ is a mountain of gross thickness. It wouldn't surprise me, if it comes in at 15 tcf+. It all depends on the logs & these 4 key parameters, porosity, Net thickness, Area & Gas saturation.
