Honestly...if you want a company that delivers as promised...you really would have to go to the large cap stocks like bhp....plv have to wait in line where as bhp will do their own core samples or have the weight of money to make sure its done...mining isnt like buying apples or an ipod...Like has been said b4...If all the boxes are ticked and the agreements for both clearance and offtake agreements are finished and binding the share price would be well north of where it is. As it stands we are at 90 cents...thats what the market values it...not the blue sky that others like me see...and this will always be the case in the stock market. Bhp wont be worth 5 times more in the next few years...but plv has that potential when they get into production.
