Having considered all things we know and applying the standard valuation principles, my best estimation is a $1.50, I am weighting Cj and Rf at 50% as commercial with the mid resource estimates, using $20 bbl in situ, that is of course low, but then countered by other barriers a small isolated oil producer has.
