PLS pricing structure is related to Chinese LC prices not hydroxide according to Canaccord Genuity.
“We do note, however, that PLS' pricing formula references Chinese domestic LC pricing (off ~35% YTD) and remains susceptible to any downwards revisions to expected pricing (CGe US$738/t for 6% Li2O for 2019).”
