For conformity assessments, the TGA clock just stops and resumes once it’s back on the TGA court. The TGA is theoretically still within their maximum of 255 working days (from 11 June 2024) for this assessment, which would be the major component of the TGA’s review. There may be other minor processes and checks they undertake too.
