Also I like that TRS have increased their cash position, even if it does come at the expense of a slightly lower payout (which at the moment is an unknown). I can only assume they are preparing for the capital expediture for the distribution center. They are abviously not thinking about the now, and focussed on the future which gives me a lot of confidence that I can hold and enjoy the profits for a couple years
