    MarketCap is essential in these sorts of estimations- for example OBJ has a share price of about 6.5c but a market cap over 100million$ already! Wow there are some shares on issue there, hence, the company either faces a consolidation or is somewhat limited to the heights the SP can travel to. Just my thoughts of course.
