I agree to a large extent it is all about LFL However TRS is a turnaround story and I am more than comfortable with the numbers I have for sales in the 2nd half. I don't see the Aldi effect harming TRS at all. Similar shopper but different occasion - ie the Aldi purchase is more about your weekly shop or weekly shop top up - average basket of $100 to $150. TRS shop is a $10.00 to $15.00 purchase of 2 or 3 items. The budget aware buyer but a very different need state when buying.

What we have now with TRS is a focussed business no longer on a rapid expansion phase - which under previous mgt - was hiding all its sins. It understands its consumer a hell of a lot better, its store dynamics and locations and for the 1st time is communicating a consistent message. A 4.4% LFL increase in the 1st half was pretty impressive given that you can’t turn these things around overnight. Í am more than confident they will get close to the $800m target for the full year. Guess we only have 14 more sleeps to find out!
