Sorry
@Freebone it does not work that way. It is not a game in which management has an option to stay
SUSPENDED BY THE REGULATOR (as very distinct to a "halt" as you have flippantly (unintentionally I expect) put it) until good news comes.
While we can only speculate the precise reasons for being suspended based on the appalling fiscal management and market misleads, we can only expect that the ASX is demanding answers and that the board is unable to provide satisfactory ones.
I very much doubt BUD is suspended because it lost a bunch of chips and is having trouble filling suplier's shelves. I very much believe BUD is suspended because management has F&^$ed up royally.
The longer the company is not permitted to trade the worse the situation must be so for those who want to wait out good news, the longer it goes, the worse it gets.
Going back to the aware letter 3 or 4 years ago when they trotted out a 16 page response after weeks in suspension, we are gonna need an audiobook for this one (fiction section of course).
I contend these guys are unfit to to be running a cholko vine up a sh!thouse wall let alone what was once a billion dollar company.
And as I said previously whilever a company has its shares suspended from trading, instigated by the regulator then the board should not be drawing a salary or directors fees.
