I look at this is from the perspective that there are two outcomes that are positive for the company.
1) The vote gets passed and we receive an offer that is 50% higher than the current MC with cash to advance all of our projects and expand the portfolio.
2) The vote goes against the offer because shareholders think the offer is too low. Therefore, we should be valued higher to account for what we have.
Either way, I find it hard to see why there would be a sell off. It wouldn't make sense to say that's too cheap and then drop the share price.
I agree that our gold project has the greatest potential currently. I wonder whether we'll get good news soon to move on from the vote.
Happy to hear any contrarian views, but CZR looks undervalued to me based on both possible outcomes. Just my thoughts. DYOR
