$4b total project value x 60% = $2.4b / 450m SOI = $5.33 per share

I feel that considering the drill results we have witnessed, the fact that we have 7-9 drills spinning, $133m sitting in the bank and the enormous potential, that anything below $4b for the total project even now would be a steal so I will go $5.33.

If I have a choice my response would be : No thanks, you can have them now for $8 alternatively you can come back in 2 years and I may consider $12.
