Honestly 22c is probably closer to where it will be , my first thought (intensely researched guestimate) was 17 cents but it has already been taken so 28 cents is more of wishful thinking than anything else.
At the end of the day it will depend on management and how they deal with things, they have a lot of open ends that need attention and they have failed and been stagnant in the past where things just go bottom up. So will wait to see how they deal their cards out. Meanwhile I will indulge in wishful thinking and try to forget the past days of point 1 cent/share...
