    did you notice the bit in the full year accounts re
    "Inherent uncertainty regarding continuing as going concern"

    Suspect this may spook some investors although its only an issue if the merger fails.

    60% of votes already guaranteed from EXR/AUT/GRL board so shareholder approval would seem a done deal.
    Regulatory approval appears the only potential hurdle but given all parties are keen on the deal, one would think the application has been designed to succeed.
