    On spec value alone I would buy more at current levels but, like you, I'm already overweighted .
    I guess one contributing factor to the illiquidity is 60% of shares held by AUT/EXR and GRL management.
    Traders would take one look at the depth/volume and move on regardless of the value....so we wait.
