Then we will have 4 billion shares and then they will consolidate, then again Sp will go down to 1/10th, they will again look for another investor , issue shares cheaply again then consolidation, then sp goes down, and another raising. In the mean time they will make money as consultant fee, bonuses and few more directors and when they leave millions of payout & so on. These guys know the trick to fool new investors.

Now they got DWK to lure new investors with nice figures about revenue and profit.

yes you are right , why do they need so many directors. One should be more than enough for such tiny company.
