Peter M. went to Canada recently. Although, thus far, not a word regarding the purpose of his journey, it's clear he visited Canada for one of the two following reasons:
A). Toronto listing.
B). Financial support from Institutions ......
Now, if either, or both , were to eventuate, one thing is abundantly clear:
The reconstruction of the capital structure of Extract is almost a forgone conclusion.
Have a look at Canada's (or even USA's) companies...You will be hard pressed to find any company (except perhaps the very large ones) with shares in excess of 100 million on issue.....
Which means what?
Almost immediate reconstruction of the EXT shares, something along the lines: 10 for 1 new shares, so that Extract ends up with around 100 million shares and thus making it easier to entice Canadian capital.....
It's a very-very serious matter that need to be taken NOW into consideration by all present EXT shareholders, instead of, deliberately pretending the possibility does not exist.....
