Yes you are right. There is only 1 lumapanel sign on the building currently and that has been sold to Durst the building's owner. The building is designed to have signs of a similar size on all 4 faces although one of these will ultimately be obscured by a building currently under construction. There was speculation a while back that if an advertiser was secured then 2 additional signs would be commisioned and that is what I was alluding to.
