How do you know the auction is or is not a success? Do you have the auction figures?
Why has Vincent providing a running commentary on a closed auction? Did he do this at GEM auction?
India is a very corrupt country, i wouldn't put much weight on this article, which was written rather badly but non the less it has achieved it's objective very well, and there is a lot of panick.
Me personally $100ct was a bit high of an expectation, more like 30-40ct is reasonable, and if they achieve this (30-50ct) would you regard the auction a success or failure?
