    agreed, but let's say you own several investment properties and/ or shares, and you need some extra cash.
    do you
    1) sell the inferior quality assets and keep the better ones ?
    or
    2) sell the best stuff and hang on to the inferior stuff ?

    I know which I would do, and I invest in AQA for their high quality assets, not because of their cash...
    bad management IMHO
