    in the news today (Australian), FDC selling three small centres in Tasmania to meet 'for the merger'...still no one is making it clear exactly why FDC is needing to sell these centres, and the main thought that occurs to me is the debt is at the centre of this, and FDC want to move quickly to get the debt levels of the combined entity back down to better levels.

    ?

    Maybe sometime soon FDC mgmt will tell FDC shareholders why this merger will be good for us.
