What we should be asking ourselves is whether enough has changed regarding the reasons we invested and believed in this company. At best guess, I've been in this for a dozen or so years and I would be disappointed in a $4 a share outcome but I don't see that happening anyway.
If it fails P3, then $4 will be way too high and if it passes, it's likely too low.
It seems to me that someone with more funds than any of us is holding the share price back and that same someone might also be planting this $4 value into the mix here to get us all prepared for a low offer.
Then again I might be talking crap but I just wanted to throw this into the mix.
