My comments, unlike yours, comes from a place of mental health insight. Long story.... short My son was nearly beaten to death in a random home invasion when he was 21. He sustained a number of physical injuries and suffered badly with PTSD. He was prescribed medication to help him cope with life and anxiety. This lead to an addiction. He’s now 31, has been homeless and will require constant care for the rest of his life. Care and behavioral management that used to be provided by institutions.
