Nutters or people with serious mental health issues? The gov nuts have closed down many of the mental health facilities that used to take care of those with serious mental illnesses. Legislative changes have now removed the ability to institutionalise people. This supposedly gives those with serious mental health illnesses a choice as is there right. Sounds fair on the surface, however, its really just another means of the Govt saving money at the expense of our most vulnerable.
