There was a segment on 60 minutes Saturday night highlighting the proliferation of drones and there capabilities. Drones could be flying around the clock on solar power and perhaps a couple hundred of meters from ground or as low as allowable. Nea may need to look into this technology for image capture, they have good back end systems and features but the capture appears to be heading to drones.
