Nearmap have just lodged their response, to defend their motion to dismiss. Not a legal eagle here, but it seems strong and lengthy, with plenty of samples called upon. Previous lodgements to date really involved Eagle-view pointing to the previous win over Verisk. Going off previous commentary & contributions, this may be the last lodgement before the case is dismissed or proceeds. Either way, this looks like NEA have not only good legal council, but also plenty of ammunition on their side.
