I just received a quotation for work on my roof and I was delighted to see it accompanied by a Nearmap image. However, the contractor told me that, although pleased with the product, he found the company's customer service disappointing. There was no opportunity to discuss this further, but I will ask him about it in due course.
Does anybody else have experience of customer interaction with Nearmap in Australia, either positive or negative?
