I used to use those govt maps years ago when I was doing real research for my clients buying property in.Victoria and it cost nothing to.look.at except my time. lots other info.is avail free everywhere but Nearmap has consolidated all the free info into their analytics to save you the time and the brains you need that even solicitors and bankers never knew where to.look but I was looking for the location of old dams since filled in new Estates and sold off to unsuspecting buyers and other issues like land depressions indicating flood potential
i was doing all that 25 Years ago. now I would use NEA plus other resources going back to.1950 approx. Most people are lazy and brain research poor I've found so IMO NEA wins hands down. The solar industry is high risk fir NEA too because they could all go under if govt drops the subsidy and Nea will need to replace those customers too.
