I have only talked to two Nearmap customers, which is an inadequate sample. Both of them focused on what the produce did for them. Customer service never entered into the conversation, which I assume means they don't have any problems. So from my limited sample, I am not sure where your concern about customer service is coming from.

My sample was even more limited, but was enough to raise the question - as I already detailed in my initial post.
