I've done a lot of research on NEA's customers. I've found that majority of customers love NEA and find it has a great offering but one area they have really hurt is their small solar customers. They seem to have forgotten about them and kept on hiking the prices up as though they're some successful company in a gold boom. I have had many conversations with solar installers who are very unhappy with NEA, not due to the product, but the pricing. (Ties in with customer service) It's gotten really cost prohibitive for some of them and hope management can realise this. I will bring it up.

If solar installers are unhappy with Nearmap pricing what is stopping them from returning to the practise of physical cite inspections?
(I know that is a stupid question, but I had to point out the obvious.)
