I don't agree with the chair / others that this will immediately drop back to 1 - 1.2 trading range. TB would not throw away capital if they did not think it was worth it. They spent a week in the NEA data room and had comprehensive access. I believe there is a floor on how low this will trade in the "near to medium term". And it is definitely not a 50% drop from the current offer price. IMO DYOR
