Each HIN will count as ONE vote when it comes to counting whether over 50% of SHAREHOLDERS who vote support the scheme.
For the 75% of shares requirement, each share counts as one vote, and in most cases you may not have to cast votes for all of your shares the same way. Read the voting instructions to clarify this.
