100% Agree.
Acconex was another example like this (just on cusp of bursting into productive and plentiful fruit for investors) that was gobbled up on cheap (by Oracle?) with the execs/mgt all maintaining cosy positions and bonuses in the continuing operation under the guise of ‘it would allow the business/company to grow’.
No concern about sharing this opportunity with the retail investors who stuck with them during their formative years. .
Another deal which ‘stunk to high heaven’ as far as retail investors were concerned.
