    The trick with the unlimited-per-user story is validating the user. Anyone can share credentials. Two factor authentication could possibly make that more painful these days using an SMS. You'd be phoning colleagues etc to get the code which might ultimately prove sufficient enough for the business to add a user (therefore higher subs).

    A megabyte-per-month allowance is relatively simple, but you are motivated to NOT use the system.

    A hybrid of the two could be the go. A cap-per-user and/or a derived corporate total aggregate plan. So as you add more users you get more quota - similar to the Telstra business mobile plans with a shared data allowance. Could make it simpler.

    Can't remember the inducement for 3 years to be honest. Suspect it was to lock in pricing.
