So this article tells me a few things: 1) That they are listening to their customers and willing to improve / change strategy as this is a re-launch/overhaul of their solar strategy. 2) That their past strategy was not perfect or working too well. They are, after all, retiring OpenSolar after 'learning from customers' (would like to talk to users and hear their feedback). 3) That Nearmap AI has the potential to be a real game changer beyond solar. They seem to be streamlining their product offering & moving customers onto AI. The ability to have custom API integrations means that one product (Nearmap AI) can potentially be useful across a range of uses, which I think is quite exciting. Overall always a good sign when a company is willing to listen, adapt and improve. I still believe in the NA growth story and I think Nearmap AI, if it really is as good as they say, has the potential to be really quite an exciting product.
