There's no threat from any country which caused the NEA SP waterfall, but a court case from a company EV in US.
The company EV itself is not a big concern as NEA will beat it in business, however the cost on money and time is unknown. I guess that many people fear of legal cases in US, hopefully this time US is not a land of opportunity and success for EV.
