This was a day before the report. We are moreso trying to gauge whether JCap was winding down into the report. We should actually know tomorrow for on the day of the release. If they were winding down majority of their short and used the report to cover more that seems fairly manipulative. There was still 2 hours of market trading prior to the halt.
