Nearmap Withdraws Application for Preliminary Discovery

In September 2014, nearmap Ltd and others (nearmap) commenced an application
for preliminary discovery against Spookfish Pty Ltd and others (application). The
application has now been withhdrawn.
Spookfish now looks forward to focusing all its attention and resources on
commercialising its revolutionary technology and satisfying the significant demand for
its services.
