    Seems strange that NEA withdrew at the last minute....

    These people all know each other.....and it seems there is some acrimony......

    Have they patched up their differences and agreed not to compete directly?

    Was some deal done out of court?

    Oh to be a fly on the wall......

    I suppose that would be insider trading!
