nearmap vs google maps vs sensis etc.

Am I missing something? Seems nearmap doesn't find addresses to street number level.

Nearmap images are better than all the others, but you can't search by street number. Google maps and others can search by street number - and their maps are generally good enough. This means that for a lot of searches, people have to use a mapping system other then nearmap initially, and they won't bother to then have a look at the nearmap image because they've already got a passable image on their screen.

Looks to me like a small thing leads to a large fail.
