Not sure how many holders use Nearmap, but they have just released a 3 month free trial to the 3D viewer (no exporting, but you can pan and mesure). They will give a test model if you request it.

I work in urban planning / architecture field and after using the free trial there is a bit of a buzz around...I am hoping many other users have had a similar experience.

I know 3D has been around for a while, but this free trial could genuinely create some traction as there is absolutely no competitor I am aware of who is offering this level of detail in a 3D mesh format - which can be exported and integrated into Autodesk products (e.g. Revit), so you could effectively plug-in your own design and set it within a real world context to understand impacts / how it fits etc.
