They are issuing bonds at 0.25% and the RBA will print money to buy them if the market does not. Quite sustainable because Australia does not have a karge Govt debt, inflation is liokely to stay low for many years and the interest payable is so low. Don't expect any tax cuts for a while though. They debt will be slowly paid back perhaps over the next 10 years.
