Nice post TJ, that's the quality we want back. In many of these countries, creeks turn into rivers pretty quickly in wet season due to the volume of rain and the lack of infrastructure to deal with it. I'm sure Syrah have covered it off as you say so I don't expect it to be a huge point of difference. Any improvement to the highway will benefit both. Mozambique's economy is growing at around 8% and leads most of the African countries. Hopefully this equates to some investment in long term infrastructure projects that will benefit the large number of mining companies going into the country.
