I had a look at the tenement holdings of SIR, MAT, SFX and BUX, the latter three having been mentioned as having tenements in the area. SIR has a lot of ground in the area, and for my money, has as good a chance of further discoveries as the others, and probably better.
My conclusion was to stick with the leader.
