After checking yesterday the drill was in the same spot at Bligh street I decided to take a bit of a drive and went further north for a reconnoitre around Boda. Went as far as Mt Bodangora which is adjacent to the road. Very interesting country around there, at the base of the mountain there are large surface boulders. Is really interesting country, then across the road in the paddocks not a rock to be seen. The geography at the Mt and further toward the Boda drill region is somewhat different to the surrounds and that of Bodangora. In fact the countryside really varies a lot in the general region. There must have been a lot of geological activity there in the distant past to vary so widely in close proximity.
