the reason why dev has a higher market cap per project area like ltr and chn is because tim goyder is major shareholder and chairman/director of all three companies
his expertise and track record is more important than having potatos but large land position
its quality over quantity
i think his picked the best of the land positions for julimar type plays and theres only three
- ltr 1000m cap
- chn and;3000m cap
-dev 140m cap
dev less land to explore, more quality, and if it finds the motherload its x10 from here
